Story Summary

"A serious rock paper scissors!"
In the living room of the House of Lamentation, the seven demon brothers are playing rock, paper, scissors. Their games keep resulting in ties, which Mammon and Leviathan complain about. Satan suggests it would be faster to draw lots instead, but the brothers argue about who will make them, resulting in little progress. In a flashback, Diavolo is explaining to Lucifer that the number of Devildom citizens who go for medical checkups has been declining. Diavolo says that he believes "poor health leads to poor social conduct" and in order for the three worlds to maintain harmony, Devildom citizens should take better care of their health. However, he does not wish to make checkups mandatory. Instead, Diavolo's plan is for Lucifer and his brothers to create a role-playing video that will make viewers want to get a checkup. Back in the present, MC asks the brothers not to fight but the brothers decide to go back to playing rock, paper, scissors. After a while, Satan declares himself the winner, meaning that he gets to be MC's partner during the filming of the video.

After deciding who MC's partner is, the brothers proceed to divide the rest of the tasks among themselves. Belphegor will act as the patient, and Asmodeus will be the doctor. Leviathan and Beelzebub will shoot the video, and Lucifer will direct, with Mammon acting as his assistant. Satan and MC will be in charge of props and supplies. Next, the brothers need to decide how the video will actually be shot. They end up arguing, which enrages Satan. He yells at his brothers to shut up, but then he realizes that if he's in charge of props, the filming can't get started without him. Satan then decides that he will be in charge of everything else too. Later, Satan and MC go to Satan's room, and Satan apologizes for getting so angry. He then tells MC that he knows the perfect person to get filming supplies from.

Satan takes MC to Leviathan's room. Leviathan was expecting them to show up so he has already prepared the reference materials. He pulls out 100 medical anime, games, and manga titles, much to Satan's surprise. Leviathan explains the plots of the materials, which Satan mentions is an exhausting ordeal, but he does get inspired. Leviathan also gives Satan his lab coat and stethoscope and some reference sheets so Satan knows what it's like inside of a hospital. After leaving Leviathan's room, Satan tells MC that they should ask Diavolo about arranging a filming location, since the video was his idea. In the filming location, Satan tells MC they should arrange a test shoot before the actual filming.

For the test shoot, Satan will play the doctor. He asks MC to adjust the lighting and camera so they are prepared for the actual shoot. For the roleplaying scenario of the test shoot, MC will be the patient. They can suggest either that they pretend to suffer from lovesickness or that they are injured. After the test shoot, Satan asks MC if they like the doctor-patient romance genre. If they say no, Satan tells them that he's willing to dress up for them again in a costume that they will like better. If they say yes, then Satan suggests that they stay at the filming location for a while longer, just the two of them.
