"I can't get to sleep."

Satan and MC are in the Restricted Section of RAD's library looking for literature on the Stained Glass Flower that they found earlier. The flower only appears once every few hundred or even thousand years, and has the power to direct the fate of the Devildom. Satan thinks there should be more information on the flower, which is why he wanted to do some research. MC can tell Satan they were thinking the same thing, or that they love his "inquisitive spirit." The two have found lots of folklore about the flower, but nothing that explains its origins. Satan then finds a pop-up book about the stained glass flower, but when he does, Mephistopheles appears and asks him where he found the book.

"I want to try too ♡"

Mephistopheles is excited to have come across the Stained Glass Flower pop-up book, because he'd seen it once before a long time ago. It was so beautiful that he'd been searching for it ever since, but was starting to wonder if he'd imagined finding it before. He tells Satan and MC that he knows what the book is about, and knows also the stories told about it. He explains that if the book is opened by a "chosen individual," it's said that "something marvelous will happen." Nothing happened the last time he'd read the book, but he thinks he might be worthy now. He opens the book, and there's a flash of light as a spell of some kind is evoked.

"I'll need an umbrella."

Satan, Mephistopheles, and MC find themselves floating in a sky much too bright to be in the Devildom. The pages of the pop-up book are scattered around them, and MC can either asks if the book is someone's diary, or say they can't read any of what's written. If the latter, Satan explains that the pages are written in an old dialect not seen much in the Devildom nowadays. The pages hold accounts of their daily lives, but Satan points out the entries all have dates from the future.

Mephistopheles thinks they might just be predictions, but also wonders if they might be able to read the future from the pages. He thinks this would be beneficial, as then they could deal with situations before they become a problem, and lessen the weight on Diavolo's shoulders.

Lucifer
"I agree with that decision."

MC can say knowing might change what happens in the future, or point out there's no guarantee that what's written will happen. Satan says that meeting MC changed him more than he'd thought possible, and if he'd known that was coming, would have been more guarded around them. Mephistopheles says that MC has brought changes to the Devildom he wouldn't have dared to imagine, and thinks watching them would be more insightful than reading about the Devildom's potential.

The book's pages then fly away, and Mephistopheles worries they'll need them to return. Catching them is difficult, but the three manage, and return to RAD's library. Satan then comments he thinks MC will have a picture book about them someday, due to how important they are to the Devildom. Mephistopheles thinks he should be the author, but Satan argues he knows MC better, so he should write it.
