Beelzebub is mumbling to himself in the living room. MC asks what's wrong, and Beelzebub says he can't decide what dish to make for the monster café. He says he wants to make something Halloween-themed, and MC suggests going out to get some ideas for ingredients. As they walk, Beelzebub is sad to learn that all the pumpkins have been bought already. He tells MC that ultimate pumpkins could be an option if they don't mind going to the forest.

"Tell me if it looks good!"
Beelzebub explains that ultimate pumpkins are bigger and tastier, but they tend to disappear after they reach a certain size. They go to the forest, but MC is worried because Beelzebub tuned out when the grocer was trying to tell him something important. There they discover pumpkin-shaped tracks in the soil. Beelzebub explains that ultimate pumpkins move around to find soil with the most magic. They set traps in the most magical part of the forest, but end up not catching anything. Beelzebub suggests setting up camp in the forest instead.

"You think you can pick..."
At Cocytus Hall, Beelzebub explains that he's wearing a werewolf costume to feel more like a hunter. He asks what's in MC's bag, and they can choose snacks or board games. They head to the magic forest to set up the tent and start the stakeout. But they still can't find any pumpkins, so they decide to take a break. Depending on their choice earlier, MC has the option to kiss Beelzebub after winning the board game, or to show him what their chocolate tastes like. Suddenly, Beelzebub hears the pumpkins approaching.

"Is that raw?!"
Beelzebub notices that the pumpkins have grown bigger since they last saw their tracks. They run away as the pumpkins knock the trees over in a rampage. Beelzebub wonders if that's what the grocer was trying to warn them about. MC can suggest distracting them with magic, or letting Beelzebub wear them out by running. Beelzebub is so hungry that he starts eating them raw, and he offers MC a taste. Eventually there's none left for the café, but Beelzebub is happy to have spent a fun time with MC. Later on, Beelzebub is excited that the store restocked on normal pumpkins, and asks to be the first to try MC's recipe.
