"Be clearer!"
Mephistopheles tells Simeon that now that they have finished spreading the news about the upcoming Frost Flower Festival, he wants to do something else to make said festival more appealing. Simeon questions if they won't be asking the others if they need help, but Mephistopheles replies that's "simpleton work," and insists he must "go above and beyond" to be useful to Diavolo.
He then spots MC, and asks them to provide some ideas. They're interrupted by the sound of thunder, and Simeon is reminded they recently learned to conjure thunder in class. MC suggests using thunder somehow for the festival, and Mephistopheles readily agrees.

"Leave the PR to me!"
Satan comes along and asks what's going on, so Mephistopheles says he'll "put that brain of his to work." Satan offers get MC out of whatever Mephistopheles is planning, but MC is interested in where things will go. Satan then also decides to help, and Simeon explains they want to use thunder to make the Frost Flower Festival more interesting.
Satan insists whatever they do must be special because MC in the festival's ceremonial leader, and they hit on the idea of performing songs using thunder. Mephistopheles adds that music festivals often dedicate the songs, so the music they play should also include the option to dedicate songs.

"I'll put in a request."
The group reconvene in the RAD Newspaper Club room, where Simeon marvels at the number of song requests. Satan thinks that it's too many for them to do them all, as they have to compose a song with thunder, include a message, and create a magic record for each song. Simeon replies they still have lots of time before the festival, however.
He then says he brought some lightning cotton candy for MC. Satan reveals he also brought lightning cotton candy, and so did Mephistopheles. Simeon thinks it's funny they've all brought the same thing for MC, and they must be more similar to each other than they thought, but Satan insists it's only a coincidence.

"Wonderful event!"
By working together, they were able to finish all the songs and recordings in time for the Frost Flower Festival. Satan comments he shouldn't be surprised that all of his brothers requested a song from MC, and Simeon points out that Satan hadn't. Mephistopheles thinks they were all too focused on the work to make requests.
Simeon wants to make a song request now, and says "we all know who it's for." He, Satan, and Mephistopheles all want to express their gratitude to MC with a performance. MC can either say they're delighted, or ask to perform alongside them all. Either way, the other three first give MC a message before the song starts. Each give their personal compliments as well as thanks to MC, and then the festival begins.
