Angeluke
"Androids are so cool!"

The story begins in an alternate reality where Solomon, Simeon, Luke, and MC work as scavengers and mechanics in a post-apocalyptic world. Solomon announces that they have gotten a job from Lucifer to fix his ride. When working, MC provides the perfect tool to Solomon without his asking, much to Luke's surprise. Simeon explains that the two of them go way back after MC's parents started the business, making them like family. Suddenly, the project they are working on explodes due to the state of the parts they are using. This causes Solomon to shield MC from the blast and get hurt in the process. The injury on his arm reveals machine parts below the skin. When MC is surprised by this, he explains that he is an android.

Lucifer
"How simple."

After his injury revealed his secret, Solomon explains to MC that their parents were the ones who built him so that there would be someone to look after them when they died. Simeon and Luke seem shocked that MC had been with Solomon that long and never noticed that he was an android, explaining that he had never changed in the time they knew him. MC offers to fix Solomon's arm, but he sadly tells them that he is made out of special materials that are not easy to find. After showing them his blueprints, they are determined to set out on a journey to find the parts anyway. Solomon quickly gives up arguing with them, and agrees to travel with them.

DDSimeon
"I'm praying for them."

Sometime later, on the ruined street outside their shop, Simeon and Luke see Solomon and MC off as they start their journey. They are sad to see them go, and are concerned that they do not know how long they will be gone. MC and Solomon tell them to look after the shop and promise to bring back supplies. Once out on their journey, Solomon quickly feels regretful for allowing MC to take such a trip, but they cheer him up with their optimism about finding the parts they need.

L3V1
"This is fiction though..."

After an unknown amount of time, Solomon and MC find themselves in a cave where they have located another rare material, but not for his repairs. Solomon praises them on their exploration skills and their idea to search areas that aren't usually scavenged. They then take a break and discuss their rations situation. During this conversation, Solomon explains that the special drink that has always been his sole source of food was actually a special fuel for androids, and not just him being a picky eater. He tells MC that he had long wondered whether or not to tell them his secret, and was worried that they wouldn't trust him if they knew. MC reassures him that his being an android does not change anything about their relationship. He is happy to hear this, and gives them a pep talk about always sticking together, and will one day find the parts to fix him.
