"The castle needs this too!"
Beelzebub and Satan stumble upon a table with a blanket over it, with the latter excitedly exclaiming that it's a kotatsu. Beel is confused by the excitement, and so Satan explains that it's a type of heater used in some regions in the human world. He mentions that it's feared by many as the manifestation of devilish temptation, since it's so warm under the blanket, that once someone goes in, they can never leave. Beel is unnerved that a cursed object like this exists in the human world. Belphegor passes by and says that he ordered it but found it too warm. Beel questions whether the curse is true or not since Belphie managed to leave, and Satan suggests they try it out.

Satan and Beelzebub enter first, whilst MC hesitates. After Satan invites them in again, he comments that it's warmer with them in. Belphegor brings the trio mandarins, commenting that they apparently go good with the kotatsu. Satan confirms it, and Beel tries it out. Beel is enamored with how good the mandarins taste, and Satan describes it as a strange euphoric feeling.

Beelzebub expresses that he's going to live inside the kotatsu from now on, whilst Satan says that he can't bring himself to get out. He comments that there's no words to express how comfortable it is to read a book in there, while Beel affirms the sentiment by saying the same for ice cream eaten in there. MC has the option to tell them they're too into it, or that they cannot leave. In both cases, the other two take it lightly. Satan asks if they can move the kotatsu so he can get his D.D.D., which Beel encourages, and in return, Satan helps him move it to get the snacks he can't reach. Lucifer passes by and is confused by the sight, ordering them to leave.

It's now dinner time, and the three are sharing a meal on the kotatsu. Mammon asks Belphegor what they're up to, while Lucifer glares at them. Frustrated, he tells them to stop fooling around, that they're forgetting themselves, and that he's confiscating the kotatsu. Satan tells Beelzebub to hold it down, and Lucifer calls for an exasperated Mammon and Leviathan to come and help him take it. Beel refuses to allow them, and with MC's encouragement, all three hold on to it. Lucifer, Mammon, and Levi eventually succeed. Beel complains about the cold, and Satan orders the three to huddle and share body heat. Mammon, thinking they're overreacting, gets into it himself. The scene cuts to Asmodeus, Levi, and Mammon joining in the kotatsu. Lucifer is irritated by this, and Belphie informs him that Mammon bought another one. The story ends with Beel and Satan blissfully claiming that kotatsus are the best.
